It's official. The Bannen Way releases in January. Seems rather surreal (and very soon) considering we're buried in dailies at the moment. You can also follow the official blog on Crackle.com.

Production Begins on The Bannen Way

Today marks the beginning of production on The Bannen Way for Sony Pictures Entertainment. The project stars Mark Gantt as Neal Bannen, a debaucherous thief who's desperately trying to go straight but can't seem to escape the criminal lifestyle.

The project will be shot with the RED camera and cut in high-definition with Final Cut Pro. Directing the project is Jesse Warren, and producing are Mark Gantt, Bailey Williams, and Cleo Tegel.

BLUE

We were just contracted to do an extensive re-edit of the independent feature film BLUE. The film is a gritty, urban character drama about Gary "Blue" Meekins, a boxer trying to escape his criminal past to become the middleweight champion of the world.

Our job is to take a film that's already won several film festival awards and turn it into a lean, mean fighting machine (pun intended).

BLUE is directed by Ryan Miningham, written by and starring Don Wallace, and produced by Jamie Guest. You can view the trailer here.

GLASS HEELS delivered

Finally delivered the finished pilot! We're hoping for the best. It was a pleasurable experience for everyone, fingers-crossed we get to do a whole season together.

We're currently busy doing marketing work for several studio films releasing this fall. Can't disclose info at the moment, but we're working hard and keeping busy.

GO FAR Promotional Reel Complete

In 2008 I embarked upon the journey of producing a documentary about the life of Christopher Rush, a close friend of mine who died after living with muscular dystrophy for over 30 years.

We have been fundraising for the film since last year, and to help raise awareness for the project, we have been working on a promotional reel. It includes archival footage from Chris' life as well as interviews shot in the Grand Cayman Islands August of last year during the one-year anniversary of his death.
